The data we collect and process is usually sent to us by you. We also receive information from authorities, in particular legal authorities, or other stakeholders. We may also seek information from institutional or private third parties. Data communicated to us by third parties (authorities, stakeholders, third parties) will be forwarded to you or made available to you. The data collected in this way may include your identity, address, telephone number, date of birth, nationality, residence permit, marital status, AHV number, bank details, medical information, etc.

The collection and processing of your data is based on your consent, the mandate you have given us and the execution of that mandate.

Shelf life :
At the end of the mandate you have entrusted to us, your file is archived and kept for a period of ten years. The firm will keep your name, address and identifying details for an indefinite period, in order to prevent any possible conflicts of interest. We reserve the right to store data on electronic media for longer periods. However, we have the right to destroy any file after ten years, including all computer data.
Your rights under federal law:
You have the right to obtain information about the data we process and collect about you, to have it corrected, to receive a copy of it and to know to whom it has been transmitted. You have the right to revoke your consent to data collection.
