In principle, and in accordance with the law and canons of ethics, Gross & Associés requests retainers and advances periodically as matters develop.
Bills are ordinarily sent on a regular basis and payable within 30 days.
A client may at all times request and receive a detailed list of services for which the client was billed. If examination of this list does not satisfactorily resolve any doubts, the client is invited to make such dissatisfaction known.
If a disagreement persists, the client may apply for the reduction of the fees billed to the magistrate whose name and address appear at the foot of the bill.
